Rates

All room rates are quoted per room, per night, and include VAT and service charge unless otherwise stated.

Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to specific conditions and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Breakfast is not included unless clearly specified in the booked rate.

Flexible Rates

Our Flexible Room Only rate offers maximum flexibility. Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up until 14:00 (local time) on the day of arrival, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

Guarantee & Payment

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

In the event of a no-show or late cancellation (after 14:00 on the day of arrival), the first night’s accommodation will be charged. Alternative terms may apply to certain promotional or advance purchase rates.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is available from 15:00.

Check-out is before 11:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate selected. Full details are provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Flexible bookings may be cancelled without charge up to 14:00 (local time) on the day of arrival.

Smoking Policy

Carlton George Hotel operates a strict non-smoking policy throughout the hotel in accordance with current legislation. Charges may apply where this policy is not adhered to.

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided for any such damages or outstanding balances.

Amendments

The Carlton George Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of booking will apply to the reservation.
